Why Are We Different?


We are inclusive


We are not a sober community preaching abstinence. Our mission is to connect curious consumers with brilliant brands in the alcohol free and grown up soft drinks space.

These consumers may be teetotal, moderating their alcohol consumption (maybe due to health or weight concerns, pregnancy etc) or just looking for occasional alternatives to alcohol. We can see there is huge growth in people practicing Mindful Drinking and alcohol free drinks are a very useful tool for many. There is no judgement in our community and the conversation centres around DRINKS not other aspects of sober life (so you shouldn't see the negative comments posted in other groups saying that alcohol free options might lead to relapse.)


We are respectful


Our group rules state that members must be respectful and only give constructive feedback in the group if they want to comment on a drink they are not keen on. We monitor this carefully are moderate when necessary.


We are engaged


In a typical month approximately 5400 of our members have been active in the Facebook group over the previous 30 days. In an average week there are about 40 posts generated by our members and over 230 comments and 630 reactions on these posts. So as you can see our members are very active. Obviously engagement of new and existing members skyrockets during peak times such as Sober October and Dry January! Some of our members have become real connoisseurs in their preferred segment of the sector and have taken part in taste panels - providing invaluable feedback to brands launching new products!


We are innovative


NonToxicated is the first alcohol free drinks App supported by its own, organically grown community - meaning you can promote your brands on the App and start real-time conversations in the group to complement your campaigns.


We are creative


We have twice created a hamper full of alcohol free drinks from our Brand Partners, for Singer-Songwriter Lucy Spraggan, to celebrate her new single/album launches. These activiies resulted in us increasing our Insta followers massively and one instance we gained over 1000 new followers in 24 hours! Lucy also tagged the Brands in her stories and they also saw an increase in followers. We are always happy to think outside the box and help Brand Partners to communicate their message to our audience.
