Flavour 

Not as fizzy as some of the other "Go Kombucha" varieties so offers something different - great for those that don't like the bubbles to be king! Tasted fresh,, almost citrusy aftertaste. Not at all vinegary.

Appearance

Slightly cloudy with some sediment (best not to shake) , pale amber colour

Labelling 

Pale gold banding on the label - silver embossing gives a premium feel

Storage

It is Fermented Raw Tea, not pasteurised,  so needs to be stored chilled or somewhere cool to ensure ABV does not rise above 0.5% .

Aroma

Sweet, pleasant smell - almost like honey! No strong vinegar notes.

NonTox Occasion recommendation

This would work really well with a cheeseboard and some fat, black grapes!

Overall Summary

Described on the bottle as "Zesty and Aromatic". Yunnan Gold is a superior tea with an aromatic, mildly smoky edge with notes of maple not unlike a quality craft ale. Perfect while on the go or during exercise and strenuous activity
